We are a catering & event management company.

The owner of CBD is Sam Gray who is a trained chef with a background in restaurant management.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are industry leaders in the Chicago catering sector with our outstanding presentations, delicious cuisine and friendly service.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our main kitchen and commissary is in Morton Grove but we also have offices in Glenview and Winnetka. We manage several exclusive venues and are on many of the preferred catering lists at Chicago's most sought after venues.
