How long have you been in business?
Incorporated in 1974, we have been doing our current multifamily lending business since 1984.
What is your primary product or service?
CIC provides mortgage lending to acquire and rehab multifamily residential apartment buildings of at least five units.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide support for the borrower throughout the process, particularly in ensuring timely quality rehab and in being flexible in our entire approach to the deal. Since our capital is derived from a loan pool from over 30 banks, we have a guaranteed source of lending capital. We also service our own loans through the life of the loan.
