We are a 5 story, fire proof building, operating as a self-storage facility. We have an inside loading dock, and we do not charge any in or out fees. Our storage units range in size from storing 1 item to a household. We charge on a month to month lease. If you pay for 1 year in advance you will get 1 month free storage! We sell boxes, tape, and packing materials. We guarantee the lowest rate in the City of Chicago. Bring us your lowest rate in writing and we will beat it!

What is your primary product or service?
Self-Storage, Mini Warehousing, Storage Unit Rentals. We also sell locks, boxes, packing paper, tape, markers, labels, etc...We also have moving and packing services available.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My husband is involved in the household moving industry. He was moving a lot of customers into self-storage warehouses, so I decided to buy my own building and turn it into storage unit rentals.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are able to offer experienced moving, packing, and storage information and services to our customers. We own the business, we are not part of a franchise, so we are able to offer guaranteed lowest prices in Chicago! We have set hours, we are not open 24 hours, therefore management is on staff at all times the building is open and the building is secure. Earlybird or Late hours available by appointment. We have an inside loading dock and our personnel will operate the service elevator. We also donate part of our proceeds to help the fight against cancer.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We did have a second location at one time which we sold. We do not have plans to add another facility in the near future.

We are located on the East side of Clark Street in Chicago 2 buildings south of Foster Avenue.
