Royal Office Products, established in 1955, is a National Contract Stationer of over 40,000 office products. The company was founded on the principal of exceptional customer service and that is the aspect of our business that separates us from our competition.

When you call Royal Office Products there is no automated attendant, a customer service representative will answer the phone within four rings. They will assist you, find hard-to-find items, and enter your order so that you can get off the phone as quickly as possible.
When you fax in an order, you will receive a confirmation phone call within fifteen minutes. This gives you the immediate peace of mind that your order has been received and processed. Again, we believe that communication is the key to great service.
If you order online, we have a very user-friendly shopping cart system. You simply add items to your cart and check out. When you check out, you will receive both an onscreen and email confirmation of your order. There is also a feature called my lists, where you can create a list of your most used items so that you can save time when entering your order. You can then simply check which items you want to order, adjust quantity, add the items to your cart and check out.
