We cater to property owners of condo/apartment complexes in the soutwest suburbs of chicago. We wash front and back entrance windows, mop entranceways, vac from entranceway to top floor. Remove junk mail, wash inside railings, do high and low dusting and web removal. Our employees are trained to do the job correctly and a supervisor is always on site to make sure the job is completed to customer satisfaction.

How long have you been in business?
Over 7 yrs.
What is your primary product or service?
Scheduled cleaning of hallways, entrance areas (front and rear), laundry rooms, etc. Vaccing of all floors from main floor through top floor, web removal, junk mail removal, washing of all entrance windows (that can be reached safely only), washing of railings, thresholds baseboards (done monthly.) We replace light bulbs furnished by the owners. We are a service for building, office and small business owners.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Have been doing this type of work for 15 yrs and know what the customer wants. Wanted to create a better service for people (being a consumer myself) and branched out on my own.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We want our customers to be pleased with our service. We take pride in what we do and, we enjoy what we do so, it is nice to be able to keep our customers happy.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 1 location and we travel to our customers.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check.
Which areas do you service?
We consentrate primarily on the s.w. suburbs, tinley, orland, frankfort, worth, oak lawn, chicago ridge, hickory hills, palos but are happy to help anyone who is within our service area. Just have to call for our free estimate.

Owner.
What are your hours of operation?
We work Mon.-Fri. from 8a.m.-5 p.m.
