What is your primary product or service?
I give custom portrait sessions to clients in a location of their choice. I offer many products from pro-quality prints to canvases, albums to cards, even a CD with high resolution images, completely edited, with printing rights.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been interested in photography. After my wedding, I realized that I was extremely interested in portraits specifically. It was after the birth of my first child that I took the initiative to really fully learn the art of portraiture and how to use my camera inside and out.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I will walk you through the entire process, from a pre-session phone consultation on what to wear, location ideas, things to bring,etc to the shoot itself. We will customize it to fit your family and this can take anywhere from one to three hours. It's so important that children especially are comfortable and we'll leave breaks for eating, play time, outfit changes, and so forth. After your session, I will walk you through the ordering process and can help design wall displays, greeting cards, or answer any questions you might have! I strive for excellent customer service and really want to build relationships with my clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently work on-location only so the options are limitless!
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Personal Check, and Credit Cards via paypal.
Which areas do you service?
The Chicagoland area.
What are your hours of operation?
My shoots are primarily in the evenings during the week or early morning on weekends. Lighting is best done during these times and I like to stay home with my kids during the week!
