How long have you been in business?
Since 1998, when I opened in Chicago's River North gallery district.
What is your primary product or service?
Architectural art. It's the graphic expression of the built environment: Drawings, prints and photographs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I managed an important art gallery first. When the time came to open my own gallery, it was obvious which direction it would go. I used to think when I was a kid that I would be an architect.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
ArchiTech is the only commercial gallery in the United States that specializes in this material.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only one and it will stay the only one.
