QUALITY, FLAVOR AND VALUE

City Foods, Inc. is a USDA inspected facility (#1896), which produces about
400,000 - 500,000 lbs. of beef products per week. Most of our volume is in
the form of large quantities of fresh domestic bone-in steer navels which we
bone out daily. We purchase truckloads of USDA Select and USDA Choice
navels only from U.S. Slaughterers.

We also make Bea's Best raw corned beef
rounds and steamship rounds. All of our Bea's Best products are
manufactured on premises using the finest national ingredients including
pure liquid garlic for a delicious "Kosher-style" flavors.
